1. Scope

This policy applies to anyone accessing leoserv.com, client portals, marketing automations, CRM instances, or any application built or hosted by Leoserv Inc.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or calls, or importing contact lists without documented consent.
  • Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or probing our systems or those of our clients.
  • Publishing unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content through systems we build or host.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, business, or authority to act on behalf of an organization.
  • Using our automations or AI features to generate spam, fraud, or misleading claims about products, earnings, or health outcomes.

3. Messaging & Marketing Compliance

Clients using Leoserv-built campaigns are responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, 10DLC registration requirements, and applicable advertising rules. We may pause campaigns that create compliance risk.

4. Resource Use

You may not resell, sublicense, or overload shared infrastructure, API quotas, or credential-based integrations provided as part of a Leoserv engagement.

5. Enforcement

  • We may investigate suspected violations and suspend access to protect our systems, clients, or third parties.
  • Serious or repeated violations may result in termination without refund and, where required, reporting to law enforcement.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. When we do, we revise the Last Updated date above and post the current version on this page. Material changes affecting active engagements are communicated by email to the primary contact on the account.

Continued use of our website, systems, or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
