How we use AI responsibly across marketing, automation, development, and recruiting work.
1. Where We Use AI
- Lead qualification, response drafting, and follow-up sequencing.
- Content research, drafting, and repurposing across channels.
- Workflow automation, data enrichment, reporting, and summarization.
- Resume screening support and job-description drafting in our recruiting division.
2. Human Oversight
AI assists our team; it does not replace human judgment. A qualified team member reviews AI output before it is published, sent to a customer of yours, or used in a hiring recommendation. Final hiring, spend, and messaging decisions always rest with a human.
3. Client Data Handling
- We use business-grade AI services and do not knowingly submit sensitive personal data, payment card data, or protected health information to AI models.
- We do not sell client data and do not use one client's proprietary data to benefit another client.
- Client data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy.
4. Accuracy and Disclosure
- AI-generated output can contain errors; we verify facts, figures, and claims before publication.
- Automated messages identify Leoserv or the client brand as the sender, and offer a path to reach a human.
- We do not use AI to impersonate a real individual or to fabricate testimonials, reviews, or results.
5. Fairness in Recruiting
AI screening tools are used to organize and summarize candidate information only. Screening criteria are job-related, applied consistently, and reviewed by a recruiter to guard against bias.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. When we do, we revise the Last Updated date above and post the current version on this page. Material changes affecting active engagements are communicated by email to the primary contact on the account.
Continued use of our website, systems, or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
