1. Scope and Documents

Each engagement is defined by a signed proposal or statement of work that lists deliverables, timelines, and fees. These Client Service Terms summarize our standard operating practices and are read together with our Terms of Use, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Security Policy. Where a signed document conflicts with this summary, the signed document controls.

2. Change Requests

  • Work outside the written scope is quoted as a change request before it begins.
  • Approved change requests may adjust the timeline and fees for the affected deliverables.
  • Small in-scope revisions are handled as part of normal delivery cycles.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide a single point of contact with authority to approve work.
  • Supply brand assets, access to accounts, content, and subject-matter answers when requested.
  • Return feedback and approvals within 5 business days so timelines hold.
  • Maintain your own domain, hosting, and platform subscriptions unless we agreed to hold them.

4. Timelines and Delays

Timelines assume timely feedback, access, and content. Delays caused by pending approvals, missing assets, third-party platform reviews, or ad-platform account issues extend the schedule by the time lost, and we notify you when that happens.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Spend

  • Ad budgets are paid to the ad platform and are separate from our management fees.
  • You own your ad accounts, pixels, and audience data; we manage them on your behalf.
  • Platform policy decisions, account suspensions, and auction costs are outside our control, and platform spend is non-refundable.

6. Results and No Guarantees

We commit to the deliverables, cadence, and standard of care in your written scope. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue figures, hiring outcomes, or platform approval, because those depend on market conditions, competition, offer strength, and factors controlled by third parties.

7. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public business, pricing, technical, and customer information confidential, and uses it only to perform the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

8. Handoff at the End of an Engagement

  • On full payment, we transfer ownership of accounts and deliverables created in your name.
  • We provide reasonable transition support for documented systems during the final billing period.
  • Automations, campaign management, and monitoring stop at the end of the paid period.
  • Leoserv frameworks, internal templates, and proprietary tooling remain ours, licensed to you inside the delivered work.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. When we do, we revise the Last Updated date above and post the current version on this page. Material changes affecting active engagements are communicated by email to the primary contact on the account.

Continued use of our website, systems, or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
