A plain-language summary of how engagements run. Your signed proposal or statement of work controls if they differ.
Each engagement is defined by a signed proposal or statement of work that lists deliverables, timelines, and fees. These Client Service Terms summarize our standard operating practices and are read together with our Terms of Use, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Security Policy. Where a signed document conflicts with this summary, the signed document controls.
Timelines assume timely feedback, access, and content. Delays caused by pending approvals, missing assets, third-party platform reviews, or ad-platform account issues extend the schedule by the time lost, and we notify you when that happens.
We commit to the deliverables, cadence, and standard of care in your written scope. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue figures, hiring outcomes, or platform approval, because those depend on market conditions, competition, offer strength, and factors controlled by third parties.
Each party keeps the other's non-public business, pricing, technical, and customer information confidential, and uses it only to perform the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
We may update this policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. When we do, we revise the Last Updated date above and post the current version on this page. Material changes affecting active engagements are communicated by email to the primary contact on the account.
Continued use of our website, systems, or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
