1. Our Content

The Leoserv name and logo, site copy, layouts, graphics, frameworks, and internal templates are owned by Leoserv Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our pages, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back.

You may not republish substantial portions of our content, resell it, or use our name or marks to imply endorsement or partnership without written permission.

2. Client Deliverables

  • Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables, content, and accounts created in your name.
  • Leoserv retains ownership of its own frameworks, internal templates, prompt libraries, and proprietary tooling, and grants you a perpetual license to use them within the delivered work.
  • Third-party assets — stock media, fonts, plugins, and platform licenses — remain subject to their own licenses, which transfer to you only where the license permits.

3. Client-Supplied Material

You are responsible for holding the rights to any logos, images, copy, video, testimonials, or data you provide to us for use in campaigns, websites, or applications. You grant us a limited license to use that material to perform the engagement, including in case studies and portfolio work unless you tell us in writing not to.

4. Submitting a DMCA Notice

  • Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identify the material you want removed, with the exact URL on leoserv.com or the system we host.
  • Provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Include your physical or electronic signature.

5. Where to Send Notices

Send DMCA notices to support@leoserv.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice," or by mail to Leoserv Inc., Attn: Copyright Agent, 1790 Hughes Landing Blvd, The Woodlands, TX 77382. We review complete notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the party that posted it.

6. Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your signature, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not file a court action.

7. Repeat Infringement

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who repeatedly posts infringing material through systems we build or host.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. When we do, we revise the Last Updated date above and post the current version on this page. Material changes affecting active engagements are communicated by email to the primary contact on the account.

Continued use of our website, systems, or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
