Monthly retainers and subscriptions bill in advance on the same day each cycle until cancelled.
Project engagements bill according to the milestone schedule in your signed proposal or statement of work.
Advertising budgets are billed or paid to the ad platform separately from management fees.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a month-to-month retainer or subscription with written notice to support@leoserv.com at least 30 days before your next billing date.
Service continues through the end of the paid period; access, automations, and campaign management stop at that point.
Project work may be paused or cancelled in writing; completed milestones and work in progress remain payable.
3. Refunds
Fees for services already delivered, licenses purchased, and third-party or ad-platform spend are non-refundable.
If we have not started work on a newly purchased engagement, you may request a full refund within 5 business days of payment.
Where a deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed written scope, we will first remediate at no cost; if remediation is not possible, we will issue a pro-rated credit or refund for that deliverable.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Disputes filed without prior contact may result in suspension of services and collection of outstanding balances.
5. Ownership at Cancellation
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables, content, and accounts created in your name. Leoserv retains its own frameworks, internal templates, and proprietary tooling.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. When we do, we revise the Last Updated date above and post the current version on this page. Material changes affecting active engagements are communicated by email to the primary contact on the account.
Continued use of our website, systems, or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
